2021 GMAP Class Gift Campaign
Since GMAP was founded 20 years ago, one of its longest-standing traditions is the Class Gift. Each graduating class raises funds to go toward scholarship aid for the next generation of GMAPers. When their turn comes to graduate, this new class “pays it forward” with their own Class Gift—a tradition that helps ensure the strength, sustainability, and diversity of GMAP both now and into the future. Every GMAP student knows how critical it is to have a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives in the classroom—indeed, it is a hallmark of the GMAP experience.
A GMAP education is a significant investment, and for many students it simply isn’t possible to attend GMAP without financial assistance. The funds we raise through the Class Gift and the GMAP Fund (which is supported by GMAP alumni) are devoted 100% to scholarship aid for future GMAP students. While the annual fund runs from 1 July – 30 June each year, the objective is to have as many gifts in hand and pledges fulfilled as possible by the day of the GMAP commencement ceremony.
